The ambiance is ok. Staff excellent, room looks a bit conference room/dated. Food is ok but expensive ish for what u get. I basically paid 50$ for an omelette and coffee.

Had breakfast at Seaview and there was a lot of variety and the food was great but very expensive compared to the Marriott Marquis right next door which also had similar offerings but were much less expensive.

We stayed a couple nights
At the Grand Hyatt and had the Prive rate which included breakfast.

Our breakfasts were in the Seaview Restaurant on the first floor. A large buffet spread with hot and cold items from eggs, tasty bacon, sausage, waffles, cheeses, fruits and so much more. The omelette station was an added treat. Along with the omelets the station also had delicious quiches…the best quiche I’ve ever had. Avocado toast made by the omelette r chef was also very tasty. Service by the waiters and all staff was very attentive and friendly.

We were charged $40/ each for buffet. 3 people didn't eat. We never had a server ask us if we wanted buffet. Didn't know it was the only option. Only thing we were asked about was id we wanted coffee. Awful experience. Tip was included too. Really disappointing

Stopped by to say hi to my wife and son for whom I made the reservation while I attended a conference at one of the halls. Amazing! The ambiance, the food, and the great service. My wife mentioned how the host walked them in and advised them on what was offered. My son was amazed by the honey display. We both took pictures. It's definitely a must-do experience.

Considering I spent $40 for breakfast buffer, I was disappointed to find the tastiest items were the pastries, which I'm sure we're brought in. It's a nice dining room, service was slow but not terrible, but I cannot recommend the breakfast buffet to humans with taste buds.

Mr Serawit was excellent in providing service in the dining area! I can tell he really enjoyed his job and is a long time employee for about 30 years.

Seaview at the Manchester Grand Hyatt is just another expensive breakfast buffet. It's $38 per person plus tax. We would have been better off at the Market Cafe as they also make breakfast items. Oh well, this is a lesson learned.

They give you the bill before you eat, and I was originally very concerned about the high price, by the end of our meal I realized it was worth every penny. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had.

Still overpriced for the unimaginative buffet selection. Coffee options such as lattes, etc., shouldn't be additional costs above the already way overpriced buffet. This is not a 5-star resort, but rather a decent conference hotel and nothing more.

I expected the restaurant to be in a more pleasant place.... But to my surprise, it was quite a shoddy room. Our waiter did appear busy but whenever he noticed our gesture asking for help, he was quick to response. The variety of food, even the choices of bread were limited. It was quite a disappointment to me to have entertained an important client there.

The breakfast buffet food was good but not worth it to pay $40 + tax and tip per person. If you ask for Americano coffee or Latte or Cappuccino, there is an extra pay. This place is over-priced for what they offer in their buffet.

Good food. The brunch selection was a little disappointing.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with great food, service and ambiance. Conveniently located near the elevators coming down from our hotel room!!!
