Mr Serawit was excellent in providing service in the dining area! I can tell he really enjoyed his job and is a long time employee for about 30 years.

Seaview at the Manchester Grand Hyatt is just another expensive breakfast buffet. It's $38 per person plus tax. We would have been better off at the Market Cafe as they also make breakfast items. Oh well, this is a lesson learned.

They give you the bill before you eat, and I was originally very concerned about the high price, by the end of our meal I realized it was worth every penny. Best breakfast buffet I have ever had.

Still overpriced for the unimaginative buffet selection. Coffee options such as lattes, etc., shouldn't be additional costs above the already way overpriced buffet. This is not a 5-star resort, but rather a decent conference hotel and nothing more.

I expected the restaurant to be in a more pleasant place.... But to my surprise, it was quite a shoddy room. Our waiter did appear busy but whenever he noticed our gesture asking for help, he was quick to response. The variety of food, even the choices of bread were limited. It was quite a disappointment to me to have entertained an important client there.

The breakfast buffet food was good but not worth it to pay $40 + tax and tip per person. If you ask for Americano coffee or Latte or Cappuccino, there is an extra pay. This place is over-priced for what they offer in their buffet.

Good food. The brunch selection was a little disappointing.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with great food, service and ambiance. Conveniently located near the elevators coming down from our hotel room!!!

We enjoyed the brunch at Seaview Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel! Everything was delicious and amazing service. The omelette station was excellent with the cook's amazing skills on skillet and super friendly disposition. Really nice and friendly staff with a great smile to all customers. Thank you 🙏🏻 Happy New Year 🎆

We came for the breakfast buffet. Serawit made sure he told us all about the food and made us feel welcome like we were the only people in line. We got seated and Leslie cared for us with excellent service and got us a high chair orange juice and coffees, as well as apple juice for my son. We went straight for the omelettes by Jenna. I had an egg white omelette with tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, and spinach and feta cheese. The absolute best omelette I’ve had in my life. We also had a great selection of cereals, pancakes, potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, and fruit. The cost was $43 per person plus tax and because of the service from all three of these people I would pay this amount of money over and over again. Impressed and will definitely recommend to anybody. I speak with for the future.

Love the location right in the Grand Hyatt with views of the water. They have indoor and outdoor seating. One of the best Denver omelettes of my life! Great buffet breakfast with so many options including fresh honey comb which was really unique and tasty!

Nice brunch buffet. Good food selection to include fresh fruit, good breakfast meats, and a well stocked omlette bar.

We enjoyed brunch year. It’s such a beautiful venue. It’s clean and welcoming. The hot water for tea was lukewarm. The food was great!! I wish the teapot contained hot water.
