I came in to look around for things with my friend and discovered that the bumble and bumble hairdresser's invisible primer was on sale (there's a red sign that says the before and after price). I kept looking around for more things and after finishing went up to pay. They then proceeded to say the item was not on sale and basically made it seem like I was a liar. I went into the store this afternoon for some help in getting some long lasting foundation. I am pretty clueless when it comes to make up so I needed some serious help! Michelle helped me out and was SO helpful. Michelle went out of her way to not only make sure I found a reasonable priced foundation but gave me a exfoliator sample after me stating once I struggled with breakouts. I will definitely be coming back to this shop.

I absolutely love this location. I live in between the "Sephora in JC Penney" in Carlsbad and Escondido. I was excited when a "real" Sephora opened up 10 minutes away from my work. This store is great! Open, bright, clean, well organized and well stocked. The employees here are by far some of the nicest Sephora employees I have ever encountered.
