I appreciate having easy access to protein shakes when I’m working out and the service has always been amazing but I have one major complaint about the self-ordering system. If you order from the past orders button, there is no clear indication from the icons if you’re ordering a shake or açaí bowl. I’ve gotten the wrong order 3 times from this. If they could make it so a raw-pb has a bowl icon and a perfect 10 has a shake icon, it would save so much stress.
Customer service was great but did not even have half an avocado on the avocado toast; not worth the price at all.
