Ordered pick up at the Point Loma location. Food was very dry and tasteless, so I called to discuss the order and was told the manager is out of town and that I could not get a refund or a replacement. I was also told if you don’t like our food, don’t come back. 😆. Wow! This is a fantastic way to get return customers.
Food was fantastic and the bartender was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

The dumplings are on point, better than the dumplings downtown near the gyro place, and almost equal to the noodle house place on convoy. The restaurant offers reasonable prices for the community. The BBQ pork buns are better than a few places customers have had, and very decent with reasonable prices.
The best Happy Hour is at Shanghai Bun, featuring cream cheese wonton, egg rolls, spicy dumplings, Chicken Fried Rice, and Boba tea. The server is awesome and really takes care of the guests.
