The ER got me in fairly quick compared to other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in north tower 5th floor on July 8th 2024. My nurse Erin was amazing. i have been to many hospitals but she is probably the best nurse I have ever had. Very friendly and caring. She answered any questions I had and kept me updated with the Dr's plans. She was on top of everything and constantly made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. Recently, my 81-year-old father suffered a heart attack and was cared for at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego. Despite his severe health conditions—affecting his heart, lungs, and kidneys—the outcome was as good as could be hoped due to the exceptional care he received. The workers are great there customer service is awesome From the front line Servers to the cooks to the cleaner the whole kitchen staff is awesome.They need to be in house and paid more.Evwrytime I buy food on my lunch break they serve quick there friendly and they enjoy there job.So there bosses need to recognize how blessed they are to have there staff.Pay them more.There customer service is impeccable Make them in house.Awesome customer service .
