We had an incredible dining experience at Shino Sushi + Kappo! The highlight of the meal was definitely the fatty toro — it was buttery, rich, and absolutely melted in our mouths. Every dish we tried was beautifully prepared and packed with flavor.

Everything was a 10/10 experience. The sushi was the most authentic I’ve had here in the States, and the staff was so kind and attentive. The fish quality was excellent as well—could have eaten their entire menu!
