If you wanna get an ice frozen meal, go and get it. You will need to wait for at least 10 min for order. You can get all kinds of sauce, but it doesn't look they even care about it. Instead, Seagulls will be your waiter.

Absolutely gross. Go hungry before you eat here. Doesn't matter what you order. Sea World should be ashamed!
I rarely leave a bad review but the food here was bad! I had the teriyaki salmon with rice and vegetables and my husband had the cheese pizza - both tasted like frozen heated up food! I took 3 bites and threw the rest to the birds. I’d recommend going somewhere else to eat!

An absolute mess My order took 40 minutes to come out. They were not fulfilling the orders as they were received so I got one item every 7 or 8 minutes out on the tray.
Then the moron DEI hire "leadership" person comes out to provide the refund without a word of acknowledgement or apology.
They don't clean the tables either. It wasn't even busy!!

Cant expect much from an amusement park, but the food is mediocre at best.
I got the roasted chicken sandwich, assuming it came with lettuce and tomatoes, at least. But no. It was a semi-hard bun, with a chicken breast cheese and Mayo. The fries were obviously not fresh and had been sitting for a while, which is weird since there was a line out the door and were obviously busy. I will say the chicken itself was juicy, but everything else was just OK.
The service wasn't horrible, since I ordered via mobile order, except it took close to 45 mins to pick up.
Plenty of tables, so it wasn't hard to find somewhere to eat. It was also about 2:30pm on a Monday.
With that being said, i won't be coming back here for a while.

Avoid this place like the plague!! Possibly the worst food in any theme park. But if you like really disgusting food that makes you sick to your stomach soon after eating, for $20 you can get a cheeseburger that is burnt and comes with no tomatoes, lettuce, whatsoever

Restaurantji Recommends
It is a Tuesday in the off peak time, very few people here. We have a Platinum pass and get a double discount coupon monthly. Since SeaWorld started adding 5% fee to all orders, we stopped eating here unless a coupon.
They also recently remodeled the restaurant completely inside. Previously you grabbed the food and they would charge you outside. Now you order off a menu and wait for your number to be called.
We got the ribs. The flavor was alright, but they were not warm, and definitely not fall off the bone. Very difficult to try and scrape the meat off the bone. The fries and veggies (zucchini green/yellow, and carrots) were next to each other causing the fries to be quite wet. Not a good choice to serve them together. Overall I'd give it a 4/10, no thanks.
The chicken tenders were warm and crispy as desired. The fries were not wet, but could still use a little more cooking. 7/10 and would order again.
They had self serve in the pump style dispenser, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, & ranch. The area was messy and the paper cups were very small, to small to fit either meets into. 6/10
My son asked for pickles amd the employee went to the back and grabbed him a small cup. 10/10 thanks!! Bumped this to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ vs 2.
Overall I would say my price of $23.xx was an ok price, but that is half the regular price. I would not eat here if it wasn't for the coupon and pass discount.

I went to the Shipwreck Reef Café because there was a large selection of food that some other places did not have. Waited one hour for some average chicken tenders with fries. If you want any food, please go to a fast-service restaurant, because I went on a week-day at a time when some people are already back in school, and the line was 1 hour. Very understaffed, the food was actually pretty good, but the drinks were very bad. The sprite tasted like flavorless sparkling water, The Pibb Xtra was filled with Coca-Cola the first time, and when I got a refill, the Pibb Xtra was actually Pibb Xtra this time, but it was flat. If you want to eat at SeaWorld, go to a fast-service restaurant, or pack food from home. Terrible restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: $12 kids menus for Chicken Tenders, Pizza, or Mac & Cheese.

1. Way over priced for quality of food
2. Quality of food was not good
3. Food was missing things or not the correct order
4. Staff was rude, bad attitude and obviously didn’t want to be working
5. If you get a salad, prepare for one sad sad salad.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent dining experience at Sea World. The restaurant was scheduled to open at 11:00 AM, but due to apparent staffing shortages and unorganized employees, we were unable to place our order until 11:30 AM.
Unfortunately, my experience with the meal was quite disappointing. The burger was overcooked, the fries were cold, and the cola lacked carbonation.
Given this experience, I would advise visitors to consider eating before arriving at Sea World and to bring their own snacks, as the food quality was not up to expectations.
