I highly recommend So Saap in East San Diego, my preferred restaurant in San Diego, Southern California, for a delight Laotian dinner tonight specifically their exceptional Garlic Pork Ribs with baby back ribs deep fried topped with garlic which absolutely delicious. Staff member are amazing delightful and the ambience is infectious too. Particularly Miss. V ( for Venna) is my favorite host of the night.
Everyone is so kind and haven’t had a bad experience! I love getting crab fried rice and the portions are big enough for 2 ppl. My mom and I always go here when we get the chance. Yesterday was my brother first time coming and he loved the food. He got a ribeye order and we tried the meat and it was delicious. You also can play with your food’s spice level. Don’t even get me started with my drinks their so delicious. I always get the taro coconut cane and each time it’s...
The food was good but not the best Laos food. The portions weren't generous like some other Asian restaurants. The seafood salad had only a few pieces of seafood with mostly lettuce, definitely not worth the price. The lemon grass chicken wings tasted like it was cooked in old frying oil and didn't taste like lemon grass. The food overall was overpriced, spent $72 for two small people and we were still hungry.
