Solid place for yummy tacos, bowls, rolled tacos, etc. Their menudo is not like my mom’s (her menudo is the best lol), but it’s tasty and hits the spot. Thumbs up!

This is my go to spot when I'm in the Mission Valley area. Service is great, as well as food, but as much as I hate to give a low score, the portion size for a simple bean burrito was a letdown than compared to past orders. There weren't that much bean inside the burrito that kind of reminded me of Taco bell bean burrito size, but with more generous portion size. I didn't want to make a big fuss about it, I'm sure I couldv'e gotten a replacement, and just enjoyed the food. As always, salsa bar never fails to disappoint. I will still visit this location. Perhaps this one particular visit was a one off.

We lived in San Diego for 25 years Sombrero's our go to. We went back after being gone for 12 years food was great tasting service was 💯 over 💯 very clean inside. Service very freindly all smiles.

I order delivery from here a lot. It's usually great. Last week I had an issue and Jessica went above and beyond to take care of it and fix the problem. Their food is great and problems are rare but customer service is great.

We love El Sombrero! Everything is excellent! We live right next to a **berto’s but haven’t been there in years since we found this gem!

The beans are great! The rice is great! The chips are great! The chunky salsa is amazing! I know these are “sides” but it means a lot.

I’m a huge Chile verde fan and the burrito is fantastic! Add rice and cheese and it’s two meals.

My wife loves the relleno, taquitos, crunchy taco, Cali taco and, her new favorite, deluxe breakfast burrito.

Always fresh. Always fast. Always delicious.

The people working at Rio San Diego are awesome too!

We ordered from El Sombrero in Mission Valley. We usually order from here for our Mexican food favorites. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is always nice and greets you with a smile. Our favorite is the Rolled Tacos Supreme. I am sure there are other place to eat Mexican food, but the price is right and the food is always consistent. Great Job!!!

I ❤️ stopping by and grabbing a bite @ Sombrero (Mission Valley). The food is always GREAT- rolled tacos are always fresh and recently the Bowls has been AMAZING!! Top it ALL off with their chips/salsa - soooo good!!

Came to Sombreros for national burrito day. Got the Supreme California burrito for 7.53 out the door. Came with some tortilla chips and salsa. Used my Sombrero rewards for a free drink. Perfect lunch!!
