“the food is amazing and i'll forever go to sonic. but the customer service at this location is definitely lacking. i miss other establishments when im "greeted" at the drive thru speaker because the people i've interacted here haven't been super friendly. also the indoor dining area is really unsettling.“
“I had the pleasure of being serviced by Derek. He was having quite a day at work, I assumed. He definitely apologized for it. At the end of the day, we are all human and I’m appreciative that he was self aware and apologized for it. We had a misunderstanding with the order and he fixed it right away.
