I ordered takeout through an app and was treated very well by Wan when I picked it up. Even though it was close to closing time, she greeted me very nicely and offered me a seat while it was being finished. As for the food, the braised beef noodles were very good, and the spicy pork was okay. Will definitely go back, because the food was pretty good and the service was excellent.

Such a GREAT spot. The place next door was too busy and we decided to go here. BEST decision ever. The soup is amazing, noodle texture is the best, and the employees and owner are the nicest people ever. Please check this place out!! Yummy!

The best Chinese style noodle soup! Chongqing and the Big meat are the best! And the crunchy pork! Super authentic!!!! This is my 6th time here and it's always delicious

Cute little restaurant that served up some great spicy noodle beef soup.
Started with sesame broccoli 🥦 then had the soup. Service was great, appreciated the pitcher of water left on the table so I didn't have to ask for refills.

Absolutely one of the most authentic Chinese noodle spots I’ve tried in San Diego.

The noodles are made fresh every morning around 6–7 AM, fully hand-pulled and hand-rolled, which you can really taste in the texture. What impressed me even more is how well they pair that craftsmanship with truly authentic Chengdu-style sauces.

We ordered the braised pork noodle soup, pork intestine noodles, braised pork rice, Chongqing sesame noodles, lamb skewers, and dumplings. Every single dish was on point and deeply authentic. The flavors are bold, rich, and very close to what you would find in Chengdu or Chongqing.

The sesame balls were another highlight. Unlike many places that use frozen ones from suppliers, these are handmade and freshly prepared, and you can absolutely tell the difference.

The restaurant itself is small and low-key, but don’t let that fool you. The chef has years of professional experience in China, and it shows in every dish. This is the kind of place where you don’t need to fly to China to experience real regional flavors.

One tip: if you’re not used to spicy food, definitely ask for mild or less spicy. The regular level is quite intense but incredibly satisfying if you can handle it.

They also serve large pitchers of filtered ice water at each table, which is much appreciated given the spice level.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for truly authentic Sichuan and Chongqing flavors. Easily one of the best and most genuine Chinese noodle experiences I’ve had here.

Food was too yummy. I haven't had authentic Chinese in a long time and this place hit every spot.
Ordered Chengdu style potato snack, steam chicken with chilli oil, Chongqing noodles, spicy jelly noodle and orange chicken. Each of them was a flavor bomb. This restaurant is definitely in my favorites now. Staff was very sweet and accommodating.

The beef noodle soup was one of the best dishes I’ve eaten in SD! The wontons are also really good. Wasn’t so keen on the crispy pork but the rest of the food made up for it. Very delicious, and friendly staff/owner! Highly recommend.
