For my last stop in SD this weekend I have to say I was a little disappointed. I got the lox with a sesame seed bagel and sub the wasabi cream cheese for the chives one. For drinks there orange juice and a Red Bull seasonal drink. I thought the cream cheese was great and the other toppings. The one thing that killed it for me was how thick the bagel was. Other than that service was great and quick. I did like the clean and bar like style.

I was out in San Diego for business and was lucky that this place was a block from my hotel! I ordered the drip coffee and the bagel that is like avocado toast (but on a bagel) and a side of vegan sausage. Coffee was awesome and the bagel was good too. It isn't a NY style bagel but it was pretty good since I didn't know what to expect from a San Diego bagel. Place is adorable and the service was great.

McLovin’ in a French Toast Bagel is one of the most delicious things. Perfect breakfast for me! If you come early in the weekends you may find a line.

Unfortunately I am not a fan! While the ingredients were fresh, the bagel was a bit too dense and not toasted enough. The lox sandwich was also oddly sweet, from I'm not sure what, and super off putting with the salmon combination. I will say the bagel sandwich was a good size. I also tried the OTP 1/3 sweet and it just wasn't a good combo and also tasted off. I'm hesitant to give it another try but perhaps I just got unlucky today.

I couldn't even find my bagel inside the mountain of cream cheese they slopped on it, my GF's bagel was a grease bomb too. The coffee was good, though

Super clean cafe with a decent amount of seating. Visiting from the east coast and I just wanna come back here every day for that blondie mocha and good vibes.
Loved the environment of this place, open windows on the most beautiful day! I decided to try the marine layer (twist of London fog latte) and it was a little watery for the first half of the drink, so make sure you mix before drinking (syrup at the bottom). Would come back during the morning time to try the bagels!!

Tried out this cafe at about 10am on a Sunday, just beating the rush that proceeded after ordering. I got a Cabo-cado on an everything bagel, added cream cheese, and served open faced. This was such a burst of so many yummy flavors! And the bagel quality itself was SOO good! If you're not too hungry, this is a good sharing size. I also got a dirty chai latte which didn't disappoint. Definitely coming back next time im in San Diego.

GYATTT damn the bagels are good here. Freshly made, sausage patty and bacon are well seasoned, great amount of avocado and great variety of options. Strawberry berry lemonade with redbull is gas and mando. Workers are welcoming and well spirited. Nice little spot to eat and chill with friends .

Love Spill the Beans coffee and bagel shop! I've been here several times over the years when I come to SD for conventions. Delighted to bring W here, finally! STB is a local chain, but I just found that out today--I can see why they have multiple locations. This place is the bomb! Today we had an almond milk and a non-fat latte. Both soooo good! And the bagel sandwiches--W had The San Diego on an onion and garlic bagel. This specialty sandwich comes with cheddar, bacon and a perfectly cooked fried egg--runny yolk and all! We asked for no bacon and that was no problem. They have Tapatio hot sauce packets for those spicy-types, which is my W! He rates his sandwich a 10! After yesterday's bagel at another stop, this was amazing! I had the Thigh Master on the bacon-white cheddar bagel. Thigh Master is another specialty of the house and includes egg whites, tomato, arugula, and their spicy red chili garlic cream cheese--OMG! So good, so full! These are messy sandwiches! Get lots of napkins and maybe bring a bib cuz they don't have bibs (yet! lol!). They do have great merch if you can find your size. Hats fit everyone--so we have one now!
