My son and I tried the Sprinkles cupcake vending machine at the UTC Mall on Saturday October 15th. What a cool experience! It was fun watching the cupcakes roll out onto the little dispenser and lower down into the tray one by one. We waited until we got home to eat them for our dessert after dinner. Overall experience: not worth the money or hassle. 4 cupcakes for 25 dollars. 1/3 of the cupcakes had a 2 dollar up charge even though it says 4 cupcakes for 20 dollars. Cupcakes were dry but tasty. Very poor ordering system. They require you to order from an iPad even though an employee is standing right there watching you order. Seems like they are moving towards the Crumbl cookie method.
