Ordered a mobile order from this Starbucks. We were hanging out at Seaport Village and saw this location was nearby. This is a typical Starbucks. We ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and pumpkin spice latte. Both were delicious and how the order should be. No issues. Good and consistent place to stop for coffee.

However, I must mention my single-star rating due to my hygiene apprehensions at this venue and the ensuing feedback experience.My concern revolves around the practice of the individual managing beverages and snacks also handling cash transactions. It is imperative that either such individuals refrain from handling money or, if they must, they meticulously cleanse their hands afterward. I voiced my concern, only to receive resistance and explanations in response. I am optimistic that the management will address this issue proactively.

So rude and unprofessional stuff they literally made my drink twice with the wrong order and went back to them to change my drink and they’re telling me no I didn’t order it this way making me feel a liar never coming back to this
The only thing I ask, post pandemic: please find a way that other people don’t touch orders ready at the bar. Is there a better way for people to determine if something is theirs?
