I had a young blonde girl barista take my order and I don’t know what it is about this location but the employees always look miserable and have horrible customer service, I’m sure it’s because they’re understaffed but that’s not the customers fault. I had Bad service and sloppy drink. there’s usually only one person working at a time. Next time I’ll just go to the one across the street.

Love that my favorite grocery store has a Starbucks in it! There is a small store front (no seating) with super cute tumblers for sale. I always try the seasonal drinks out & they're made to perfection each time. Service is great, Mason is friendly & always gets the order out quick even when they're slammed.

I dropped in to grab a coffee and use the restroom after a long freeway drive before my meeting. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. The restroom was clean and the coffee was delicious. Thank you

This Starbucks is a hot or miss. understaffed and the workers feel it! Its not their fault. Sometimes it closes early cause no staff. So call before you go or show up 2 hrs before closing. Btw the full menu is not offered here so see my photo for what they sell.

I wouldn’t even rate this Starbucks any stars… I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes, and when I said hello, she said that they were closed. Not to mention, she had seen me and pretended to not acknowledge me.

The worst Starbucks on the planet! I did a mobile order Monday. My drink which should just be ristretto shots and milk she put 4 shots of vanilla. When I called she told me it was supposed to have vanilla but she can remake it. I couldn't go back that day but my daughter wanted to surprise me so she went. She waited 45 minutes and waited for them to do all the mobile orders first and didn't acknowledge her existence. She brought me the coffee at work and it was disgusting. I went again today to get my remake and it wasn't busy when I got there but it still took 40 minutes before they finally got me my drink! They concentrated on mobile orders. Once I got my drink it was horrible! The manager remade it and still bad. Now I'm thinking they have a faulty ristretto machine. I'm just so angry at their system and lack of caring about the people standing there forever! They need to completely be trained and get better coffee makers!!

So maybe if you paying attention to your customers when they ordered, you might get their orders right. It seems like they don't like their jobs. Bad rep for this Vons store, when I like this Vons.

Very poor attitude and service fro Jazmin V. On Saturday, I was her only customer, I was NEVER GREETED by this girl, she charged me for two coffees, and only took out one cup, when I questioned her, she said , "you only want one" (you only pulled one cup", wanted to make another purchase, she snapped me up and said "yeah when I get a chance" there were no other customers at that time, she was slow and angry, once two other customers came to the counter, she sat my coffee on the counter, and proceeded to help the two new customers, she finally rang up my item, after she finished with them, she needs to find a job where she does not have to deal with PEOPLE, I have never encountered this type of behavior AT STARBUCKS, GET RID OF JAZMIN V. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS EVER AGAIN

Barista always has an attitude. Says everything is unavailable. Doesn’t want to serve you at 7:50 because they close at 8:00… literally worst Starbucks because of the employees.

Unhappy employees = unhappy customers. This underpaid employee looks very unhappy. I wish her the best, but this space better be replaced by Better Buzz. Or better yet, fruit and vegetables.I am dumping my barely touched beverage that was wrongly prepared. It pains me to complain, but it is what it is.
