After waiting patiently, I came back inside only to see that the customer who ordered after us was given their drink first. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our order, which felt unnecessary given there were only two orders to handle. He also forgot to add sweetener to our drinks.. I just wanted to share my experience so that this doesn’t happen to others in the future. Thanks! <3

2.4.24 7:30am We went to this location early Sunday morning. This is Starbucks, so we are very excited to go in and get our coffee. Sadly, a lady with pink hair just ruined our entire visit. This is the first time I have experienced having someone being bothered by me being Hispanic. I say this due to how her attitude changed towards us and her tone of voice as if we discussed her by our presence.She was truly the worst experience at a Starbucks location. This is my first bad experience, I'm truly disappointed and very offended. She's very lucky I kept my cool. All I thought to myself was, "Wait until I do the review." I'm sure the pink hair will give her away. She poured our coffee and handed it over, and now my cup is halfway filled. I was so ? upset that I wanted to splash the coffee in her face ?. LADY, YOU ARE VERY LUCKY. I KNOW HOW TO KEEP MY COMPOSURE.
Parking: It's at Ralph's store. This was very early in the morning so we found parking. Last night, it was hard to find a spot.
Like any Starbucks.. over priced and their latte is never full . Taste more like warm milk with vanilla and less like a real Italian latte. Take the foam off and you will realize it is all air in the cup.
