Whoever the female barista is working at this time on this day needs an attitude adjustment. Asking for a sleeve was responded with “but they’re kids temp!” In a snotty “I don’t wanna be here” demeanor.
I know what temperature they are, I ordered them. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

I ordered through my mobile app a hot matcha latte, I get there and they give me an iced matcha didn’t complain, just told the barista I ordered it hot, and I heard in the back the other barista saying “oh my good” sounded upset, I didn’t understand why there was literally no one in the store but me
Anyways I got my matcha but it wasn’t good, as you can see they don’t know how to prepare drinks at this location and customer service was meh

I can see improvement on service. Usually I can smell the rudeness and poor attitude, but today it was a pleasant experience. I got the wrong pastry but it’s not big deal. The place needs to be clean asap. Debris everywhere, unfortunately there it’s way too many homeless around the property. The prices are not bad.

It's stores like these that make you really dislike Starbucks. They just care to get their money, when the reality is communities need 3rd place environments not empty lacking promises from outdated marketing strategies and its ghost of what Starbucks was or pretend to be) to what it truly has been. Want to win customers back? Quit being greedy and show communities you care we can see through it all. Communities are what made Starbucks successful. My drink was an iced vent latte. It was served to me 3/4 full. I paid full price and ordered via mobile. At the high price I willingly paid, I feel I should be served a full glass, not a 3/4 full glass.

One of the few cool Starbucks left. Good people work here. 3 drip options in the AM. Very nice central location to Park.
