The music is always too loud so you have to shout over it to order. It’s not a surprise to all the complaints about messed up orders. They’re constantly repeating our orders to us with a question mark. And who chooses the playlist? I’d rather sit in a silent atmosphere so I can talk with my company instead of trying to make out every other word that’s being drowned out by not only the blenders, but the crappy music.
Great location. Excellent service and lots of seating with plugs. WiFi isn’t blazing fast, but definitely a good place to be able to get work done while enjoying a caffeinated beverage

As a byproduct of my work, I find myself working in Starbucks all around Southern California, and this location surely sets the bar for overall experience. ????????????. From the friendly greeting upon entry, to the pleasant order-taking experience, to the nice and prompt conversations, to the cleanly store appearance.
