The worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks, cold and bland white Mika, they didn't even tell me allow me to serve him, I had to say if there was service, they left my coffee there without telling me that it was ready, I don't know why if the staff didn't They like their job why they are there, this was on March 24, 2024 at approximately 2:25 in the afternoon, very disappointed.

They always do what they want.I always order the same stuff at 12:45 at the drive trhu, a cinammon caramel cream cold brew and everyday something is missing on my coffee, sometimes im missing the cinammon, other times im missing the caramel and today i just recieve the coffe like these, a 6 bucks coffee and before the lady gives me the coffee she ask me for tip, i was like dude the only stuff you’re doing it’s charging me, i said no for giving a extra and this is what i got, i didn’t said nothing cause a was late to work but definitely this is the last one

My brother and I walked in and were completely ignored by the two female employees. We waited patiently for them to tend to the 1 car in the drive thru which we saw before we walked in the empty store. After being ignored for almost 8 minutes waiting for them to say "hello or can I help you?" we left. This is the first time this has happened to us at any Starbucks and we don't wish for it to happen to anyone else.

Two of the workers there tonight were extremely rude. I was being very nice, simply ordering my family drinks. Yes, we were ordering 4 drinks total and they all had customizations, but it wasn’t peak and we were the only customers in the drive thru line 2 hours before closing. I am a partner too, but I have never treated customers this way for simply ordering drinks. I understand we all have bad days but wow, what an unpleasant experience. I’ve never been treated this way at any other starbucks nor have my baristas treated anyone else this way. Do better.Sincerely,Another Starbucks Manager.

My husband and I were driving by this location and decided to stop for coffee. The business hours stated they close at 10pm. It was 9:40 pm and none answered at the drive thru. We decided to check on the door and we could see an employee there but the door was already looked.I checked google and they did have the same hours of operation until 10pm.
