I came in and ordered a grande iced apple crisp oat milk macchiato w/whip. When the barrista Erik first told me there was no oat milk as another barrista took a carton out of the mini fridge. So he begrudgingly started to prepare it. When he slammed it down on the counter I asked him to please add the whipped cream (he forgot to add) and he straight up said NO.
