Employees were nice and served me pretty fast (I know I didn't ask for a drink they had to make, but I did ask for the scone to be warmed up). Pumpkin scone is so good BTW.Aside from that, I think this Starbucks is so convenient because you can get something on your way out of CBX - it's literally next to the exit of the immigration area.
first times we used this it was awesome. clean, neat, new. no problems. second time? we missed our flight because the lines were so long. we asked but noone could help. we arrived 2 hours early. it was a joke. we had to take a hotel room and miss our flight. we werent alone. sadly, many, many missed their flights too. contacted their customer service. recording. no call back. ive got hundreds of thousands of followers. sad. they shouldve contgacted me.
