I bought a matcha blended a long time ago and it was perfect. But this year's is different, it seems stingy with the matcha blend, and it's too sweet compared to the matcha powder. The taste is kinda watery, like there's too much ice and water. It's a waste, considering the price is expensive. I've already complained about it 3 times.
Located inside the CBX arrival waiting area, I was happy to find this spot open late on a Saturday night while waiting for family from the Tijuana Airport. My hot White Chocolate Mocha was perfectly balanced and gave me the exact boost I needed. Customer service was great; the gentleman working the cashier was polite and helpful. While some staff members may not be overly friendly, the overall service is pleasant and helpful, with some staff bringing positive energy every day.
