Gone here 3 days in a row and asked for a cold brew with a splash of cream and made it very clear I want the absolute slightest amount of it. Slightly bothersome since I'm paying 6.45 for a coffee and they don't listen to what I ask for. Looks like straight milk. I drank it the first 2 days but today I just gave it away to someone. Not a big deal but won't be back to this location again!

The barista was rude and arrogant with me. I’m definitely tired of trying to find a Starbucks with good service. In none of the San Diego locations do they treat customers well. It seems like all the employees are underpaid.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I got a hot mocha and it tasted terrible like it tasted burnt, gritty and it’s almost as if they put bacon on it. I bet they never clean their coffee machine. It was the worst mocha I’ve ever had and had to throw it out. I should have gone to a drive thru store instead because I never have any issues with them.

Starbucks needs a lot of work. Bad customer service and bad drink. I order a chai latte made with almond milk and double the amount of chai. I was instead given an almond milk latte.

Used drive thru, ordered steamed cream but they put cold milk! When I asked them to redu the girl at the window offered to pour out part of my drink and add steamed cream or she would give me a separate cup with steamed cream. Say WHAT?? That is totally against SB’ policy! Not to mention just not smart. Ugh. If you pay 5-6 for a drink you should at least expect it to be made correctly.

Coffee was great , staff friendly and efficient . I wanted to leave a tip for their service but they refused , apparently they're not allowed to be tipped . Really ?
