The service has greatly improved over the last set of months but the FLIES are obnoxious and disgusting 🤢 they have taken over this store and the baristas have spoken to their managers about it repeatedly with no solutions - the Starbucks corporation need to find and address this issue immediately! This is a critical health code violation! & poses a public health risk!!! There are over a hundred flies inside the store - gnats and large flies. And there are about 20 in the food display case!!

I love Starbucks, but this location is tricky because of parking maybe , I'm not a traffic controller. But the drive thru spills into the street.But if you just go around and you can avoid that. It gets very busy here for sure. I go inside always I rarely drive thru drive thru's anywhere. But inside is always clean, the bar is always full with picks up. But the cashiers are always nice and polite. My drinks always come out in a timely manner, just maybe avoid during peak times. Thanks Employees of Starbucks.

My friend and I visited this location so she could redeem her free Starbucks drink. When we ordered, there was some confusion about the drink, and instead of helping clarify the issue, the barista was extremely rude and snappy in his response. I asked who his supervisor was, and he said he was the supervisor himself.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I’ve always enjoyed Starbucks, but after this encounter, I don’t see myself returning to this location. Very disappointing.

Starbucks in general needs to either get rid of more items on the menu or have food orders pull aside!!! Average line wait time in drive thru is at least 5 minutes. Remember people it’s a coffee place not a restaurant!

It should not take over 20 minutes to make a chai latte for a walk in. I might as well have gone through the drive thru line with the other couple dozen cars.

The drive was pleasant and efficient. The person was alright, nothing particularly noteworthy.
Seems a little silly to review one Starbucks out of all of them but I've never had an issue with this specific location and seeing this cute little note on my cup really put a smile on my face. Brightened up the whole day - Thank you to whomever thought to do this!

Still visiting daily and like before the service and products are as amazing as ever. Every morning I'm greeted with a genuine smile and good morning greeting. I enjoy how clean the store is and absolutely love the pictures of all the animals. Thank you for always being the best! From Melissa and Teresa!

Avoid this location and go to a different Starbucks. Quality control here is terrible. Both the drinks I got were incredibly watered down and tasted like nothing. Not sure if it is a lack of basic employee training or just laziness to make the drinks properly but this location has never made a drink up to par. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, I tipped the 2.50 dollars to the Eretrian or Sudanese employee, hoping that she would be grateful and perhaps give me ok service, (I am a person who is not wealthy at all), but hoping for good vibes I have her a tip, but she totally ignored me for a long while, and when she did give me my drink, she threw the cup holder in the direction of my cup. Needless to say I did not feel a positive vibe whatsoever.
Then I got a terrible impression from a Filipino employee that walked around like a "Gangsta", like a homeless hood inside the establishment, it made me totally regret going to this Starbucks, it was my first time there, but I will not be returning, ever... There are better Starbucks around, like the one on University Ave, unless they too have hired such undisciplined and unwashed individuals.
I mostly love the experience of going to Starbucks, but I have noticed that at certain Stores the quality of employees is just grotesque.
