Avoid this location and go to a different Starbucks. Quality control here is terrible. Both the drinks I got were incredibly watered down and tasted like nothing. Not sure if it is a lack of basic employee training or just laziness to make the drinks properly but this location has never made a drink up to par. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, I tipped the 2.50 dollars to the Eretrian or Sudanese employee, hoping that she would be grateful and perhaps give me ok service, (I am a person who is not wealthy at all), but hoping for good vibes I have her a tip, but she totally ignored me for a long while, and when she did give me my drink, she threw the cup holder in the direction of my cup. Needless to say I did not feel a positive vibe whatsoever. Then I got a terrible impression from a Filipino employee that walked around like a "Gangsta", like a homeless hood inside the establishment, it made me totally regret going to this Starbucks, it was my first time there, but I will not be returning, ever... There are better Starbucks around, like the one on University Ave, unless they too have hired such undisciplined and unwashed individuals. I mostly love the experience of going to Starbucks, but I have noticed that at certain Stores the quality of employees is just grotesque.

I order the Trenta refresher with a lot strawberry/pineapple inclusions!!! The barista handed me a Trenta with dragonfruit, and then tried to rudely explain to me what a strawberry was and looked like!!!! Explained again what I would like, and by the third time/cup the drink was made right with no fruit!!! I asked for more, and was handed a cup with four pineapples, and one strawberry!!!! Overall this place needs a whole new revamp!!! No one has the Starbucks mentality, and this store represents what you don’t what you’re Starbucks to look, or be ran like!!! Absolutely rude, disrespectful, and lack of respect!! From the staff, up to the managers on the floor!!!! Save yourself some time, and just go to another Starbucks!!!

I ordered a venti Pikes Place, an already brewed coffee with a splash of cream and cinnamon in the app and it took more than 15 minutes to be served!! Therewas6people that I saw working, so there was plenty of baristas. When I can brewed at least 2 cups at home in shorter time, you can damn sure bet I won't be back! Get it together Starbucks!

Marisol was aware that I was picking up an order from online thru drive thru. Not only she tried to tell me they need 10 min, but she should have just stated that when I told her from the beginning. By the time we got to the window it was 10 min from my order. But the fact Marisol was trying to scold me for the time, instead she could have been better with communication than with attitude. Went from a great morning to being irritated.
