Correct your hours on the app. I came to this store because it showed open and it is close. Workers are there but the doors are lock.

The worker SIERRA is absolutely horrible and rude. She made our drinks terrible she just looked miserable to be there. Gave no effort whatsoever. Worst Starbucks experience ever. I had to bring my drinks to another Starbucks and ask them to remake them for me. This is the Starbucks INSIDE VONS.

The lady messed my drink up. I also asked her to redo it because there's no caramel drizzle on my cup that they charged me extra. Instead of redo my drink she said she'll just poor it all into a new cup. So all the foam would be mixed in not at the top like I asked for. To top that off she put all foam and barely any green tea matcha. I didn't ask for extra foam or my whole drink to be foam. I wouldn't recommend coming here and just sticking to a normal Starbucks store front.

The employees work incredibly hard here- drink tastes great but unsure if a manager could see this- they need more help! Especially on Sunday mornings , the poor staff were completely overwhelmed with orders and needed at least 1-2 more employees.

Worst drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 10 minutes or maybe more just to get through. And it was not even busy

I stopped in for a Oolong Matcha green tea and unfortunately it was out of stock. The young lady made a peach acai matcha and it was verry goood, by the time I got to my truck it was gone!! I went back in for another... I ask the young lady hey what's your name? She replied with a great big smile my name is Meagan.

I was in a hurry to buy flowers for my kids Spanish teacher. As I went to pay at the flower shop, the woman there (today a little before 5pm) stated she was too busy and couldn’t ring me up. No was in the flower shop and there was no line. There were lines at each register through. I was so mad, I should have dropped the flowers there. I wish your staff understood customer wants and needs. Specifically to be treated with respect and timely. Even though this is the closest grocery store, I will not be coming back.

Third time here not coming back. First of all the cup wasn't even full. I took one slip and it's already gone. They didn't even put the 2 pumps of Carmel ??! PLUS look at how much ice they put ! Are you kidding me take all that ice out you'll be left with not even half the cup what a waste of time. Rather go get a McCafé from McDonald's then this scam a** Starbucks.
