This is my 2nd time ordering from this Starbucks. Both times my Matcha Frappuccino has not tasted good. The ice isn’t blended enough, and there isn’t the creaminess from the milk. I just now called the store and spoke with Rosie. I wanted to know if I could bring this drink back and have them make me a new one. Instead, she said not all Starbucks follow the recipe. I tried to explain to her there was too much ice, etc.. I go to several different Starbucks on a regular basis, and this is the only one I’ve had an issue. Since Rosie chose to be defensive, even though I was being nice, our conversation was going nowhere. Very disappointed because this is the closest Starbucks to my home.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in this area. Finding parking can be a hassle but it's a more relaxed atmosphere than many of the other locations. Food and beverage are pretty much the same as other locations. Lately my drink of choice is the Tropical Citrus which is great. Flavor, caffeine and without cramming a bunch of sugar into your system.

Starbucks, is always bad. Take the money you would spend in a month on their wildly overpriced coffee and go buy yourself a high-end espresso maker. I spent around $600 on mine and it has paid for itself 10 fold. It's fine if you need a quick coffee break but to get a drink there daily it mind-boggling.
Iies this places doesn't have a drive thru. It's between an apartment complex no spaces for a drive thru. I hate that about business that lies about service like this. This is the second Starbucks that I see that blatantly say they have drive thru on Google but when I pull up they don't I going to start doing
