My drink was scalding hot. Literally. My tongue is burnt. I asked for a cup of ice and pointed to the wall of mugs. They said they had to ring it They gave me a plastic cup. They had me wait until 2 drinks and 2 meals were ready. It would have taken them 3 seconds to get me some ice.
By the time I got my ice it was no longer needed perhaps.

Told me to download the app for my birthday drink, then when they scanned it they said it wasn’t on the app…. and then wouldn’t give me a birthday drink…. that was disappointing.

I am a regular customer and I have the app, stop by when I was walking my dogs and ask for a Papuchino Wip cream for my dogs and the girl behind the machine said No that I need to buy something. So disappointed. Most likely she was having a bad day. Never coming back to this location. But wait a minute I live here!

I love how they make my coffee here I would drive three miles from my closest store just because of this.
We placed our mobile order for 2 coffees as we passed Clairemont Dr off highway 5 south since the app said it would be 5-8 min so figure ok 10 min. I got to the parking lot at 10 min and walked in and my order was still not there. They weren’t swamped like when I usually go. Busy not manageable.
I waited another 5 minutes. 15 minutes for a mobile order?? Most ridiculous thing ever. They weren’t swamped chit chatting with each other and customers.
As long as I’ve worked with clients over the years, I’ve managed to be able to multitask. Maybe the barristers should focus on getting orders out and less socializing. Every time I got and order at the counter it’s SOOOOO long so I figured this one time I wouldn’t have to wait. And yet I did. Again.

Store has order ahead and is behind TSA screening. Coming off a red eye flight and ordering ahead you pay for coffee and food you can't collect if you are not fully awake and their phone number says their closed so you can't cancel the order and get it refunded.

This is the best Starbucks I have visited. The employees are exceptionally enthusiastic, consistently optimistic, and always greet customers with a warm smile. Their dedication to excellent customer service is evident in the way they engage with guests and ensure that orders are prepared promptly and accurately. Having visited numerous Starbucks locations across different countries, I can confidently say that this one stands out as my favorite. I look forward to making it my regular spot.
