Dear Starbucks,

I recently ordered a cappuccino—traditionally a simple drink prepared with the golden ratio of 1:1:1 espresso, milk, and foam. Unfortunately, the drink I received contained so much milk that it resembled a latte macchiato—mostly milk with very little coffee flavor.

What’s more concerning is that this has not been an isolated incident. Out of my last ten visits, I’ve had to return my drink on three separate occasions. While the baristas have always been kind enough to remake it, the inconsistency suggests that there is no clear standard being followed. At times, it feels like the outcome depends on chance rather than consistency.

I’m sharing this feedback because I truly enjoy Starbucks and would like to count on a consistently well-made cappuccino each time I order.

When has the policy changed that you must purchase something to get a cup of water? My teenager forgot his water bottle at school after practice on 9/22 at 4:30pm. When he walked to this location and asked for a cup of water, he was denied. He is autistic and felt like he did something wrong, luckily he was able to get some water at the YMCA. I tried calling the store but nobody answers their phone.

Got a half sweet mocha frap. The taste and color was completely off. No color or taste of chocolate. Tasted like a milk and sugar mix with a light coffee color.

This Starbucks used to be great but is now at airport terminal Starbucks level of inconsistency. The staff is often rude and the drink quality is mostly terrible, occasionally tolerable and never consistent. You’re better off buying a canned Starbucks drink at the Vons next door.

Take that curbside bullshit out. After a long night shift and still have to wait..its a simple thing but its part of the service..if its not gonna be done even if theres staff just standing around then just take that shit out

The lady that took my order was so kind! She had been there 15 years and she is definitely that one person that LOVES her job! This is what makes an experience worth it! Way to go Starbucks for hiring this ma'am 15 years ago. The place is also well kept and efficient!

Went on a run and needed a pick-me-up. Decided to order a simple Carmel macchiato. My man likes whip so I asked for some on top. They call my name and right off the bat…no whip. I request whip and she tells me to remove the lid and puts on some whip. Then she drowns the top in Caramel. She asks if it’s too much and I had no time to stick around. Upon taking my first sip I came to the realization this TALL CARMEL MACCHIATO WAS 99% CARAMEL. I nearly gagged at the sludge coming up my straw. Way too sweet. Never going to Starbucks again.

Crap Head

I placed online order and they forgot about it. They were taking store orders first and when I tried to ask for help I was looked at them ignored. Won’t be coming here again.
