Today I came in to place an order for 2 drinks. I brought my 3 year old malinois as we were on a walk. We got fast service, a pup cup, and we're on our way. My dog, suddenly distracted, lunged into the bushes after a lizard causing me to drop one of my drinks from the drink carrier. I went back into the store, explained simply that I had dropped my drink and without question, they remade it. Simple, fast, efficient, and without interrogation. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

This particular Starbucks was not friendly, we did drive thru and the person on the speaker sounded like she hated life. The drinks were not to usual standards. It's why I like Starbucks, consistency in my drink order.

Haven't been to this location for over a year. A VERY pleasant surprise at how much friendlier and efficient staff now are! Drive thru is heavily impacted, so avoid that at all costs. Inside is much faster, but parking lot is small and you'll often be backing into the drive up line, so take that into consideration. Amy was the barista: a lovely, pleasant and efficient person ♡☆

Cassidy has been one of the nicest employees I’ve met in a long time at any Starbucks. She was not only friendly but also very helpful, even suggesting a new coffee flavor for me to try at home. The rest of the team was also pleasant, they greeted customers when they arrived and said goodbye when they left, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The store itself is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space.

Aside from the blank, dystopian feel of this starbucks, I never really had a problem with their service, or drinks until today. I got duped by their online ordering through Door Dash and ended up paying almost $17 freaking dollars for a venti hot white chocolate mocha. When it arrived, it was missing about 2 inches of liquid. Who made this drink and let it leave the counter like this!?! This drink is the perfect example of living in the year 2025 where prices are exorbitant and quality is non existent. To their credit, both Door Dash and Isabell from Starbucks tried to help remedy the situation to which I'm grateful.

I used to love this location but now it's a disgrace don't even come here and waste your money especially when you come to the drive-thru window and see the Barista giving your order she's so unfriendly doesn't want to be there at all and you can feel it place your order is wrong
All I wanted is a cold brew with splash of whipping cream…..came out with sweet milk I went back and asked for it again less whipping cream and they did the same…

This Starbucks used to be my go-to third place when I had needed a break from my roommates and needed somewhere to work and study. Spent so much time here, and I loved it. Even now, I still hit the drive-thru, and the service is always great—drinks are made right every time, and the staff is super friendly. Easily one of the best Starbucks spots!
