Used to come here all the time to work and study when I went to State. They blocked all the outlets! A lot of the Starbucks are following suit. Loses that between home and work feel. Wish it was more inviting to work

Why is it when I stop here I never get the right order. I guess it's to hard to do your job right at Starbucks. What a waste of money.

Bathroom has been “out of order” for like 3 weeks now. Get it fixed.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. I walked in as a paying customer, purchased food and drink. I decided to have my coffee with the food there inside the coffee shop, and when I put my belongings down, I wanted to use the bathroom. They have two bathrooms.: the customer bathroom said out of order, the other bathroom said employees only when I politely asked for the code to the bathroom because I really needed to go. I was denied and said the bathroom is out of order. I then politely asked if I could use the employees bathroom since I really needed to use it. I was once again denied and was told to go to businesses next-door if I needed to use it. I replied why do I need to go to another business to use the restroom when I haven't purchased or patronize them I don't think they will let me. The employee replied that it's not my problem. I then proceeded to ask them. Why don't you open the employee bathroom if the customer bathroom is closed. Again, I was told that I was rude and it's not their problem. I truly believe that the reason I was treated in such away is because majority of the personnel there is African-American, and I am white. I was racially discriminated against. If you are white, do not go there under any circumstances.

The drive-thru line spilling out onto El Cajon and blocking traffic is outta control. For that alone I say close this little armpit down. But hey, the coffee. The COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Keep it around just for that, right? Traffic flow and public safety be damned.

Worst Starbucks ever. There is no management. I have been there two times.Cup's coffee takes 25 minutes to get ready.

FYI: This is my first review ever!I always go to Starbucks in different cities in southern Calif, depending where my job takes me.This Starbucks is the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been going there for past two weeks but today is the last time I go there. There is always small trash on the floor and tables are sticky. They have plenty of employees working there and loudly joking among themselves. I’m sure they can break away from them joking around/having fun and spend just a few mins cleaning up. The employees are not friendly like the other Starbucks I’ve been to.Another thing, they put a sign on the bathroom door “bathroom out of order” when in fact it is not out of order. They’ve had the sign for a week now. I understand they have homeless people in the area and want to keep them out. But let’s have paying customers use the bathroom. And if it was out of order which is not the case, I takes a few hours to get a plumber to fix it, not a week.I will go to the Starbucks across the street at Ralph’s market. Atleast they have friendly employees and the small place is clean.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks on a regular basis and normally use the restroom each time I come. They have a keypad code you have to enter to use the restroom. Since I usually come daily, I have the code already to use the restroom. Early last week I noticed they put a hand written note on the restroom door saying it was not in service. Fast forward to Friday of last week I noticed the sign was removed and I used the same code to open the restroom door. I used the restroom and all was good. As I exited and walked away, I noticed someone else wanted to use the restroom, but didn’t have the restroom code. I overheard him ask one of the baristas for the code and she said it was out of order. I thought that was weird because I just used it and nothing was wrong. I then came back on Monday the following week and noticed the sign was still on the door. I asked if the restroom was still out of order and the barista said yes. I believe this Starbucks location is putting a sign up on the door saying it’s out of order so they don’t have to deal with any of the daily maintenance of it. They need to make it a priority to repair the restroom if they have a sit down lobby where people, meet, study, work, or just order and use the restroom before they go.
