I walked in, and one of the two workers were having a full blown conversation at the counter, so I waited fifteen minutes for them to stop chatting, which I wouldn't have minded uf their coworker hadn't been just standing around literally 3 feet away from the chatting women. Then the chatting woman behind the counter started making a drink, and the other one continued to do nothing. I got my drink but the efficiency could be improved.

My drink was really bad (didn’t taste like it usually does) and I told them and they said it was right and did nothing. Maybe try to avoid this store. . .

Not the most organized. The girls were fidgeting behind counter not looking up to take orders while the line was backing up. Drinks orders were coming out of order. This location is only good for its convenience being on a navy base. Most Starbucks are superb but this one was underwhelming and the wait time for the drinks was the longest I ever had.

quick, clean, and friendly service.cashier was nice when I came back to order again cause I forgot to order COFFEE at the COFFEE shop lol The cups were too cute to pass up also.

Never going back. I'm sorry but the employees are actually rude. The ugly girl worker that has horrible dyed purple hair with a nose of Pinocchio gave me baaaad attitude. Since we walked up she already gave us an attitude. Like it was only 11am... CHILL. anyways since there was a lot of costumers I just wanted to be understanding & ignored it. Usually at Starbucks they say your name out loud or call out your drink she didn't do any of that... She threw a drink & it kinda spilled... I was unsure about if that was my drink & she just yelled at me. For being a Starbucks on base, I was expecting better. Hire better people.

I can't believe I'm giving any Starbucks five stars!! I think most would say "NO WAY!!" But hear me out! 1) I can say that I do not believe I've EVER given any Starbucks location anywhere five stars. 2) This is about Starbucks in the classification of coffee shops it is in, which is similar to Coffee Bean, Subterranean, among others. So, in a sense, I'm rating this location in consideration of the others I have reviewed. 3) I am the REV-iewer remember! I'm recounting MY experience(s) on this an other reviews I create! And in this case, I have been to this shop multiple times - enough to easily give it this rating! OK! So let talk about this particular Starbucks and why I think it's the best one I've ever visited: 1) It's cleanliness and presentation to the customers' eye is always attractive, well-kept and seemingly cleaned and organized frequently. I have purchased a holiday mug here but do note the shelves in the store always have awesome-looking items to sell, including packages of various coffee roasts available. This aspect of a coffee shop is very important to me. I won't keep coming if the floor is dirty and the shelves are disorganized, or the counters aren't cleaned. 2) Customer services has always been super friendly at this location. I see some of the employees have been at this shop over a year and that's always a good sign! 3) When it comes to Starbucks, I always lean toward their white mochas. During the Christmas holiday season, I'll only get the toasted white mocha latte - a truly superb beverage! I may order the peppermint mocha too at times. But I have never ever come close to having poorly made latte here. They've always been superb whether in the morning or afternoon! It has been consistently great in service and product. So, these are the reasons I am high on this Starbucks location. I would say that I'm most likely not the only one who feels this way. This shop is usually very busy! The customers think so too! Recommend: HIGH

It's on a Navy base so you would need access. Great location if you work on base. Super convenient with nice staff and they make pretty good coffee. It's a full Starbucks so get your goodies before the rush when sailors are in lunch

My first time here and ask for blueberrie muffin, honey and vanilla creamer in my coffee. Purchase a Tumbler as well. Walked out only to open my coffee to realize no creamer no honey. The lady was very disrespectful rude hash tone and ask if am in the Navy. Full of attitude. I do not believe such a person should be serving people on the Navy Base. We deserve better customer service.
