My neighborhood Starbucks. I Stop in here almost every day, I'd say on average 5 days a week. All the staff are really nice and haven't had any bad interactions in-store or in the drive-thru. I think they've messed up my order once or twice and it was immediately corrected. Plenty of seating inside if you want to sit and have your coffee or get some work done on a laptop. Nothing negative to say about this Starbucks.

After ordering in the drive thru, barista Ilse started to say “I don’t like her at all” very clearly on her intercom. I pulled up to the window and asked for her to clarify and she stated “oh nothing”. Whether she was talking about me, my passengers in my car, or really anyone else, she is very unprofessional.

i usually go to this starbucks, now i won’t ever, worst people, i don’t know if any other starbucks places do this but i arrived 30 minutes before they closed to pick up my mobile drink, it was locked, workers still working, i pointed to them my drinks are there and ignore me, signaled us oh well??♀️ go to drive thru or hurry up next time, many people got upset about this, they just wanted to pick up their mobile order but no they won’t let us and drive thru is full as heck..

I was vey disappointed when I went to this location because it said it was supposed to be open by 4:30 an, I arrived at 4:45am and it was not open not even the drive thru. When i knocked on the door, the girl told me it was open until 5Am.???? Online and on the sign posted on the door clearly says 4:30am. They either need to follow the opening times or change it.

I asked for a medicine with no mint tea, double peach because the mint tea has caffeine. They put it in anyway. That means someone was not paying attention to my order. And I have a bad heart. If I didn't realize it from the begging I would be in big trouble medically. This sucks. I just now try to call and make the manager aware. But no one is answering the phone for a third time.

After some much needed improvement, this store really has been nothing but a great experience. Coffee tastes like how it should, staff is friendly, and the atmosphere for getting work done is distraction-free! That's assuming there aren't irresponsible parents allowing their kids to run around

Honestly out of all the starbucks i go to in my area this one has the best workers and service. They are always sooo nice and friendly and genuinely considerate of what you need. They always make my drink so good too so im very pleased with that. I never thought id write a review on starbucks but his is my fav starbucks and i will always go to this one. Ambient is okay inside idk the layout is weird but either way im a pick up and go girly
