I’m a little confused if the people know what light ice is. Kayla (lady with pink dyed hair) the barista who took our order definitely seemed much more focused on cleaning rather than taking the time to ensure the guests are taken care of (appeared to roll her eyes at us when I came back to ask a remake but still wasn’t made correctly). As a thriller and romance author, I spend a lot of time at Starbucks. The Starbucks on Dennery Road was super busy. It’s a large store with plenty of seating, including some comfortable lounge-style spots. The drive-through stayed packed the entire time I was there.
I stopped in to pick up a pumpkin spice latte for my dad and a strawberry Frappuccino for my mom. Everything came out fast, and the staff were friendly and efficient even with the rush.

Place is usually good. Ordered 2 drinks at the counter. Gave me one drink and took forever with second drink. People who ordered after me got their items before i did.
