The worst customer service ever. I gave them multiple attempts, I work in customer service, I know it can be complicated sometimes but come on! with a client who comes several times and it's nice for you to be rude, and I know it's like that with all clients. I know it's their vibe, since they are always angry and have a bad attitude but it's a customer service job!Hire people who can handle it.

The most disgusting coffee I have ever taste was at this Starbucks I wanted a hot coffee and it tasted so old and it was not even hot. I wish I can get my money back. What waste of 8$

Bad sevice I ordered a tall hot mocha and the cup was almost empty, and really cold. Also the banana bread was really hard. And the service was terrible 3/25/20. 12:30 pm

I mean, its alright, but why go to a licensed Bux when there's a stand alone corporate Starbucks with more product options across the street.

11-24-2019 @ 11:15 AM ( there are different worker at different time) I lost my mood on Christmas Eve at Starbucks in Ralphs Store on El Cajon BLVD San Diego Ca 92115 . I always got nice service and friendly from most Starbucks but a lady who works today at 11:15 AM on 12-24 2019 she acted like i come to ask for free coffee i can tell by BODY LANGUAGE after she done with my Caramel Macchiato she gave it to me and i said THANK YOU and she said nothing her face show like what ever !!!
