I visit this Starbucks very frequently, and it’s usually such a warm and welcoming place. Today, however, I was genuinely disappointed. I politely asked for a cup of warm water for an urgent medical need, explaining that I would place my order afterward. Allison, the employee who said she was in charge, coldly refused and insisted I order immediately, showing no flexibility or empathy. Being told I could “go ahead and file a complaint” felt dismissive and upsetting. I understand policies are important, but in a community-focused store, situations involving immediate medical needs deserve care and compassion. This experience was very unlike the friendly, supportive environment I usually love about this location.

My favorite Starbucks by far. Staff is amazing and the owner, Sam is the best! She is wonderful by always helping out in our community and schools. Her staff love working for her and sing her praises. They are a wonderful team.

Same experience as a review below. i went just outside the store and sat down to drink my refresher and it spilled due to the lid not being tight. Explained the situation and they said it’s not our policy to replace it if you spill it outside the seating area. Probably the least courteous Starbucks I’ve been to.

The entirety of my hot tea spilled just outside of the Starbucks before I left the area. I walked back inside, explained the situation, and asked if the drink could be replaced and the staff refused. Terrible service!

I’ve been to mannnnny Starbucks locations and this one by-far exceeded my expectations. Incredible employees. I witnessed the most friendly interactions between the employees and customers, I was also a beneficiary of incredible kindness. In 2024, this shouldn’t be alarming rather the norm but unfortunately it’s few and far between. I can tell that the management at this location creates a healthy and fulfilling culture which radiates to the customers. Well done!!!

Cozy atmosphere more than a franchise store. It's located in a popular plaza with high popularity at weekends, which means you have to wait for a long time for the drinks during weekends day time. They are full of love with many photos of dogs on the wall and some neighborhood notifications here. The staff are friendly to meet my demands. They have plenty of seats inside and also the outside place is large enough. It's pretty cozy while sitting outside with pets to enjoy the drinks.

The wors experience today... i m buying every day from Starbucks but today was something way different.. I asked her, an employee there, she didn't want to give her name, how long will take to do my drink.. i want to wait in the car with my kid.
And she answered... i think you can see we have more costumers in front of you....Ok i know, only i asked to know if i m coming back in 5 or 15 min

When i come i asked way is not what i ordered and she saied because you didn't order this and we don't change or add things for costumers .. this was very weird because i know is not like this...
The most rude, person i saw in my life....in starbucks
