Carmel Sushi offers amazing service with very nice workers. The yakisoba plate with tender beef was a great choice, and the chirashi sushi bowl was recommended and did not disappoint. The restaurant serves a decent Soon Do Bu and crispy rice, which is a favorite for kids. Japanese cuisine with a mix of Korean items like Yellowtail Sashimi and rolls like Sensual Pleasure and Hamachi Lover are highly recommended. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. Great parking and a warm atmosphere make this a must-visit spot in Carmel Valley.
