For the first time in over 25 years we closed of the patio to hold a Celebration of Life for an amazing individual who managed the office of one of our tenants for over 20 years. We explained to Lee the manager of our amazing Starbucks why we were closing the patio down for 3 hours. In addition to being very understanding, he donated 2 coffee travelers for the celebration. Thanks, Lee and thanks Starbucks for being 5 Star tenants.

5 staff behind the counter, took them 10 mins just to acknowledge me. 4 of them were chatting while 1 person handled the hot food and took orders. Only one other customer in the store besides me who had already placed their order before I entered. For 28$ I'd rather go elsewhere for subpar services.

Since moving to Talmadge from Bankers Hill, this has become my new go-to Starbucks location. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. It tends to get busy in the mornings, so ordering ahead is a smart idea if you’re in a rush. I usually get a venti iced Americano, and it’s consistently made perfectly every time. However, I’ve noticed the price has increased by $1.30 at least within the last year or so, which is a bit frustrating. Despite the prices continuing to increase, the great service is worth it.

This place was good, but that's all I can really say, friendly, but the tables needed a wipe down it was dirty and not many people there at the time. So someone could have cleaned up. That is my only complaint.
