Ordered pickup online (through their preferred Google service), received an estimate, but it took about 20 minutes more to be ready. I wasn't impressed by the food when ate it at home; the onion rings might have been what I liked the most. Their bbq and ranch sauces were different. I feel like this place might be overhyped, but I might give it a chance in the future and eat at the restaurant.Parking: Parking lot shared with nearby businesses.
Victoria, Kylie, Alina, Michael and the rest of the crew deserve more than five stars. Everytime I have eaten there, which is a lot, the food has been great and the service has been as good as it gets. There are certain hours when they are extremely busy, yet they do their best to accommodate everyone. This is my favorite Burger Lounge in all of Southern California by far. It's the people who make it the best for me.

I really like burger lounge but for the past few weeks, the burgers are less and less cooked. I tried to order my burger “well done” but the app wouldn’t let me make the order unless I removed “well done”. Today it was more red than pink and thats a risk factor for getting sick. ’m just gonna stop eating there unless you guys start cooking them better.
