I really like burger lounge but for the past few weeks, the burgers are less and less cooked. I tried to order my burger “well done” but the app wouldn’t let me make the order unless I removed “well done”. Today it was more red than pink and thats a risk factor for getting sick. ’m just gonna stop eating there unless you guys start cooking them better.

Ordered pickup online (through their preferred Google service), received an estimate, but it took about 20 minutes more to be ready. I wasn't impressed by the food when ate it at home; the onion rings might have been what I liked the most. Their bbq and ranch sauces were different. I feel like this place might be overhyped, but I might give it a chance in the future and eat at the restaurant.Parking: Parking lot shared with nearby businesses.

victoria has been punishing me ever since i've reported her to headquarters!! i had an triggering and traumatic moment with no reason! she's involved staff that i've never met giving me similar treatment, play the camera footage! im now taking legal action for tampered food and reaching out better business bureau to investigate the mistreatment with camera footage, i can no longer deal with misaligned anger where the service is clearly indicating mistreatment so i dont understand why i am being targeted!!! i will take action as i have another family member with this treatment!

Victoria, Kylie, Alina, Michael and the rest of the crew deserve more than five stars. Everytime I have eaten there, which is a lot, the food has been great and the service has been as good as it gets. There are certain hours when they are extremely busy, yet they do their best to accommodate everyone. This is my favorite Burger Lounge in all of Southern California by far. It's the people who make it the best for me.

We were going to go to our usual spot, but they were really crowded and we needed an outdoor table because of Cako. But then, I suggested Burger Lounge. It has been a really long time since I've been...I think right when they opened. The outside patio is perfect! I went in and ordered the truffle mushroom burger....sooooo good! And a half fries and half rings....sooooo good! Nice and crispy! She: Can I get your dog a pup patty? I didn't know they did this. A small plain grilled hamburger came out just for Cako. This is a really cool thing to do! We were very happy! Definitely worth coming to! I'm sure Cako will think we're coming here the next time we're in the neighborhood. Cako Approves!

Its 7pm Feb 3rd, just in case the owner reads this. The burger is good! If you're on a diet this us great place to visit, because the girl's attitude here is so nasty makes you lose your appetite! this place may have the worst attitude I've ever seen! Every time I visit the employee attitude is more and more smug by the day! Don't even think about ordering more than two different sauces, "i'll take a ketchup and barbecue, oh and and aïoli please ". Employee replies, "what?! make up your mind, sir! " Lol! that's clearly a big no-no at this place. Jenny Craig watch out! These cashier girl attitude's are so nasty here makes you lose your appetite. Lol

I've eaten an Burger Lounge for many years and love the food. Have been craving their turkey burger all week and finally ordered it tonight. I was horribly disappointed. The burger patty was so thin, only about 1/8 inch thick. Could hardly taste any basil in the patty. Got a gluten free bun and that was huge. The entire burger was VERY dry, hard to eat. This is the 2nd time I've had unsatisfactory food from this location. In the future I'll try a different location to see if it's any better, but not this location again.

EXCELLENT burger, excellent French fries...and I generally don't like most places flavorless fries. Atmosphere is plain, small, inconsequential. We ate outside at very small table which I appreciate in this new wave of COVID. STAFF IS GREAT!!Parking: Was lucky to find a tiny spot a block away

Just had the worst night of my life at this place. First off I was on a date and my partner ordered impossible meat that had pink in it, there was a family of 12 allowing there kids to run around as if it was chucky cheese and and when we returned the meals, the staff rolled eyes at us. Ruin everything and I will never return.

The bad review came because this same girl has provided horrid customer more than once. She is plain rude. A few week ago was well before closing ( 8:30 or 9pm) and she had just cleaned the bathrooms, but when I asked to use them, she stated: they are closed for the night. How can a restaurant operate and still take orders without allowing customers to use the facilities? she stated AGAIN it was closed (very rudely) even though I was alone. The other employee had to intervine and was nice enough to open the bathroom. Again, clearly this other girl doesn't know anything about customer service and should be removed from this position.
