While the coffee at this Starbucks is consistently excellent, the customer service towards me today has been disappointing compared to the many positive reviews I’ve read. My interactions with staff have not reflected the same level of hospitality others mention. Several of the female staff, have come across as dismissive, unprofessional, and at times disrespectful. I walked in with a smile and greeted them, but got mean looks and eye rolling in return.
On a more positive note, I have noticed Gustavo making an effort to maintain a welcoming attitude, which is appreciated. However, one particular employee regularly sings loudly and off-key while working. While his energy reflects positive vibes, it comes across as unprofessional and distracting—especially for customers who are trying to work or hold conversations.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the quality of the coffee deserves to be matched by the quality of service and professionalism.

Workers are sweet but whomever is managing inventory needs to get it together. They are ALWAYS running low on matcha every month. Don’t see other locations having this issue

All the baristas were awesome. Alex and Emily were SO helpful and polite, I stayed a while and did some work on my laptop and got to watch them greet and help customers for a while. You can tell they work great as a team and have fun while they work, was refreshing!

Food and drink is good and consistent as it goes with Starbucks, but it's the service at this location that really makes me want to go out of my way to leave a review. I don’t live near this Starbucks and i wish i did—that’s how great the staff is! They were prompt, friendly, and had a great vibe. They knew every regular’s name and they were hard working too. Thanks for making this a great place to feel welcomed :) consider giving each staff person here a raise!
