They have raised their prices yet again. Like everyone else, but the thing is, starbucks was already overpriced. For a Venti (large) iced late with carmel, it's nearly 8 dollars with tax now. This isn't inflation it is greed!When you raise your prices like that, it changes consumer behavior. #boycott Starbucks. No more starbucks for me, period.

Went in with my wife the other day and as complicated my order was, Rhiannon was quick and accurate with taking my order down to the T! Happy to say we’d be going back (hoping she there again) for our drinks.

Came on a Saturday and ordered a venti drink with light ice. It wasn't that busy, however, my drink took awhile to make. Husband was next door at Einstein's and finished his meal b4 I came back to join him with my drink. My light ice drink was 1/2 cup filled with ice. I went back to complain and talked to Rhiannon. She was loud and argumentative. She said that was their standard of light ice. If I wanted less, I needed to specify EXTREMELY light ice. I said I have been to numerous Starbucks, and was given 1/4 - 1/3 cup of ice when I say light ice. Here, I'm given 1/2 cup of ice. I asked her would regular ice mean 3/4 cup of ice?!?!She did not apologize or offer to make me a new drink. Instead she argued that is their standard here. I went to a different Starbucks next day, and ordered same drink, light ice, and they made it perfectly. I will NEVER go back to this location and really wonder why Rhiannon is in the field of customer service. Read the other bad reviews for this location b4 coming here!

I met a couple looking to go on Medicare soon. We met at this location. The employees were friendly and appreciated our need for a sense of privacy. Their black tea is my favorite. This location was no exception.

Stopped in today & saw the new remodel, which looks absolutely stunning! I was helped right away as usual, & received my mocha crunch Frappuccino within 2-3 minutes. Loving that they're open again so I can enjoy some caffeine while shopping in Vons.

I asked what Starbucks was offering for Veterans Day and was told either a small hot or small flavored ice coffee. I asked what flavors were available and a L-O-N-G list of options was recited. I asked for peppermint - which turned out to be neither as strong nor sweet as I assumed and expected - both of which are probably good. Now I know.

I want to start by saying that mistakes happens and this is the first time I went through something like this at Starbucks.I was at this location yesterday, ordered venti caramel macchiato with “almond milk” because I am lactose intolerant. The drink was made with regular milk because now I am home with upset stomach and not able to sleep. Again not hating anyone but please be more careful, you don’t know how one mistake can affect other people.

We ordered some drinks and food and they forgot one drink out the gate. Got home and realized they also did not give us our cake pop. We called in to let them know about the cake pop and spoke to Amalia. She had the most inappropriate attitude. Before we even finished explaining the situation she interrupted and let us know that she wasn’t even there but “go ahead”. She then told us that “Well, it happens. Nothing I can do about it now.” I understand people can have a bad day but Amalia needs to learn to not let her personal life impact her interaction with customers.

What happened to this place? I use to be able to get my coffee through mobile by just picking it up. Now it's a 20 min wait once I get here. And it not the one time, It's happened several times. I think I'll take my business at coffee bean.
