I went here on 6/18/25 at around 7:25 pm. There was a male barista working who was very rude. I wanted to order a frappachino and he told me he was out of everything to make any type of frappachino. As a person who also works for a Starbucks inside a grocery store (a couple blocks away) it is almost nearly impossible to not have the syrup, ice, coffee roast, and coffee base syrup which are staple indigents to make a frappachino. It was around 35 minutes before close ( 8 pm) so there is no reason for him to deny this service and there was no one in line, anyone waiting or ordering drinks. Seems like this barista was being lazy and didn’t wanna make a frappachino as they have “ a lot” of steps. Bad customer service and a whole lot of someone not doing their job. Not a cute look!

Damien was awesome !!! He is such a sweet barista. I am so happy with his kindness and he is just a great guy! Not to sure about the female manager she seemed kinda on guard but Damien made it worth the drink! Thank you for the Boba ( pearls)

Came here two mornings in a row and WOW! Eva and Luz are doing an excellent job here! They were kind, polite, and conversational. For the first time in FOREVER my Spinach and Feta wrap wasn’t frozen in the middle. The coffee and chai were great and they remembered my order when I returned the second day!

I just stopped by during a visit to get a quick drink, and was greeted/welcomed the moment I stepped foot into the store. I was having trouble deciding what to get and Megan and Victoria were eager to help give the perfect recommendations! Great mid-afternoon Frappuccino with only one barista and plenty of customers! She served everyone quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. After we were served a second employee showed up, and the customers kept on coming in. Small but nice shop.
