I ordered a cookie crumb Frappuccino and they gave me a Carmel Frappuccino so i took a sip and noticed it was tasting different and i took at the cup at that’s when i saw it wasn’t what i ordered so i go back and i ask for what i want and i ask the lady for what I want and she asks me with coffee or with-out coffee and i say without and she give me my drink and i take a sip in my car and i can taste the coffee which i hate.

11 minutes waiting ( mind you, no one in front of me nor behind me @ 5 pm on a Saturday ) for a non toasted croissant and x2 cake pops.
Tried getting their attention through the window and was completely ignored.
I get it, maybe they’re understaffed, but I counted 3 employees just wandering around aimlessly.

Here on Tuesday 11/26/24. Nothing on Google to indicate temporary closure, and this sign says closed 4am-2pm but it's 3:20pm and they are still closed.

Shout out to the friendly and welcoming staff. Love the new single dispenser coffee machines. Pours a great cup of FRESH brew without the waste like the old coffee machines. Thanx again for all you do for your customers as it is appreciated.
