Awesome Service. Very clean! Quick to process orders. Parking can be challenging.

I frequent this location a lot especially since the one went out at the Vons. For the most part it's a great location and the crew inside is awesome.
Today completely frustrated me. I order a peppermint white mocha Frappuccino with coconut milk. Since it's been taken off the menu the easy way, us customers have to order a different way and now the baristas have to really look and read it.
When I know it's made wrong from the look of it, I ask the guys to remake it.
Today I walked in and it looked like a glass of milk. I can't drink milk. It makes my stomach hurt. I knew immediately it was wrong. I got their attention and the team knew it was wrong, the gal who made it, kept saying she made it right.

Instead of remaking the whole drink she added a pump of coffee base. It still looked pale...
Just remake it. I can't taste the coffee at all. I didn't have time for it to be remade a third time.
Please you guys, read what's on the order before you make it.
Normally you guys are 4 stars, just today I'm giving you one.

This Starbucks location often gets your order wrong forgetting to put things such as Chai in your Chai tea. They have also been rude on other occasions.

While i’m ordering i’m on my third drink to order and the guy taking my order PUFFS and saying anything else? Mind you im still ordering and he PUFFS again like okay??? what is your problem, you work at a drive thru like you’re suppose to wait until i am DONE but no i can clearly hear you puffing like if you don’t like your job then DON’T WORK HERE! i’ve never encountered something like this at any starbucks! also, he gave me my order wrong and had the audacity to say it was my fault!!! When YOU are the one who is suppose to make sure you’re getting it right instead of trying to CUT ME OFF WHILE IM ORDERING!

Brand new location beautiful inside- dedicated to those who've served this amazing country; We thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Customer Service could use some attention. When I arrived there was only 1 other customer and he was almost done- no reason a welcome in was not thrown out there. I didn't feel welcomed just kinda existed in the space long enough to order and get my food.

A quick hello or welcome in ALWAYS MAKES CUSTOMERS FEEL SEEN AND WELCOMED. Even if it's hectic and busy, the fact that someone took the time to say hello or welcome in can determine how much we want to spend or not.

I’m picky about my chai teas and this Starbucks makes one of the best chai teas at any Starbucks I’ve ever had and they are always quick.

If lobby closes 1 hour early, the manager Nico should take the initiative to put a sign up to let customers know. I asked for a refund since I was not going to be able to stay and he refused. I practically had to order him to give me the drink that I had already paid for. Get a sign up. It's not that hard to communicate with customers in advance and avoid problems.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been multiple times and had to wait 20 minutes+ for my drink. Disappointing since this is now the only Starbucks in the neighborhood.

Worst service ever.
I’m so sad As myself and everyone in there today was waiting 20-30 min for their orders..
No one makes eye contact, totally disorganized.
I finally left without my drink to take my kids to school. And then when I came back no drink and no one would help me.
I finally left… So I paid and never got a drink

New building (since 2/2024). It looks really nice and has a drive thru! I went to their old bldg across the pkg lot for years. I don’t live around here so it has been a while. What a nice surprise. ? My drink was made with my requests and the employees were so nice!

I visit Starbucks almost 3-4 times a week and have never been so disappointed in the drinks and service now. Ever since this location moved from across the street, the drinks are completely watered down and taste horrible! I have ordered a pink drink 3 separate times and received a watered down cup of coconut milk, keep in mind these drinks cost almost 7 dollars. It seems like this location has gone down hill and I will not be returning for anything from this location, I would rather drive a couple miles to get a drink that will actually taste good.
