This is a classic that is near and dear to our magicians' hearts! This is our true taste on an old favorite. What is Brown Butter? Well let us tell you. Brown Butter is regular butter that's been slowly simmered just long enough to toast those milk solids (protein found in the butter). This gives us a rich toasted, nutty flavor and a warm brown hue. After we brown that butter, we introduce it slowly into a warm sweet cream base. A generous amount of house toasted pecans are folded in to provide nutty flavor and a lovely texture. As if that's not perfect enough, we add a little more fun with brown sugar and a dash of salt. Gluten friendly. One pint.

Stella Jean's seems to be the place that folks go as the secondary option to An's Dry Cleaning.
However, I honestly enjoyed Stella Jean's more.
Although not as experimental as An's it does have fantastic ice cream.
I tried the Ube+Pandesal Toffee, Milk+Cookies, and Mango Sticky Rice.

Their Ube+Pandesal Toffee has to be the best ice cream I've ever tried period.
It has a very interesting chewy and airy...

Best ice cream place EVER. IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. We came here more than once on vacation because it was so good. As someone with a dairy allergy, I was so excited that they had ice cream I could have. I got the calamansi craamsicle. And I was instantly a fan, even though I don't usually love citrusy things. The best ice cream hands down, and a perfect start to our summer!

Found this ice cream in the Kensington area, service was great we tried their mango and cookie vanilla ice cream. It was delicious, price however was too high, higher than other ice cream / gelato in the area.
