I've been eating here for years. Would definitely recommend prices are a little high but not terrible. Food is really good. I recommend the number 30.

Great sandwich options and extremely kind, attentive and quick service. This place is a real gem, order at the counter and dine in or take out. The bread is phenomenal and the people working there are even more lovely.
The subs are so fresh. Love coming here and knowing I'm getting the best local sandwich in town. Dena's favorite is my favorite too! Family owned and great service every time!

The 3 stars are not for the food, because the sandwich I got was really delicious. It's for the irritated blonde gal that made my sandwich, you get 3 stars for making me a good sandwich, but less 2 stars for 1. Telling me you were closing so you offered to just sell it to me cold after I requested you toast it. (She ended up toasting it). 2. Having a negative attitude the whole time I was in the store, you really mastered making your customer feel awkward while you make the sandwich. Not coming back to feel shamed for buying a sandwich. lol! Good luck Don't walk in 8 mins before closing!

I grew up going to Submarina as it's always been one of my dad's favorite sandwich spots. I was surprised to find this location as I thought most closed down. Turns out this one is family owned, which I really appreciate. Prices can be high but it really reflects the amount of food you are getting. Definitely worth getting a larger portion and splitting in for a few meals.

Our favorite sandwich shop in the neighborhood, hands down the best! PROs: Amazing family owned-operated sandwich shop in Tierrasanta. The menu covers just about any sandwich craving you may want. Our favorites and Dena's Favorite and the Meatball sub. The decor in here is all historical of the neighborhood and very cool. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. The staff is ALWAYS clean, attentive, efficient, and courteous. It's like having a family member make you a meal. Plenty of parking and lots of combo options. CONs: When it's busy, there may be a wait because the care that is put into each sandwich takes time so please understand that. Much higher quality than a fast food place like Subway.
I moved to Tierrasanta about a year ago and have heard amazing things about this shop. I finally made it in today and WOW have I been missing out!! This is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! I ordered #30 with Dena’s recommendation of toasted with garlic and “Italian style”. This sandwich was delicious and full of flavor. It was a good size too. Dena was also so sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I had always stop by the auto zone shop and this tiny spot kept getting my attention can it be good as Jersey Mike's sandwiches , we'll I went in and local family own business all natural fresh cut sandwiches with great customer service always a smile and ensuring their customer are fully satisfied, price wise its worth the sandwich .

This is a mother daughter duo putting down some quality sandwichship!! Yes, I just made up that word to describe what they are doing there, quality deli meats and cheeses with fresh bread makes for a good time in my book! You feel welcomed when you walk in and they are so nice to you, that old school type of feel like they've known you for years and you're a regular type of welcome.
