Cotijas Taco Shop is a great taqueria with really good weekday deals and consistent great quality/tasting burritos. The cotijas burrito is a favorite, and the California burrito with extra crispy fries is also popular. Portions are absolutely huge; the surf n' turf is bigger than a forearm. Carne asada was good, and the adobada was packed with meat. Rolled tacos and potato tacos are really good, and 3 bean burritos from the daily deals were so good and filling. The breakfast burritos were really good, and the staff is very accommodating, offering burritos without tortillas for gluten-intolerant customers. There is a great selection of salsa at the salsa bar, with different kinds of salsas and cups for self service. The shop has been a solid go-to spot for traditional Mexican dishes for years, with high quality ingredients and many affordable menu items.
