Love this place. It's my home away from home. Love the warm-ups for the coffee in the dining room. Kyle is awesome as an ambassador. Really enjoy his personality so much better than the kiosk. Please do away with the kiosks and bring back more people like Kyle on the front lines. Thank you McDonalds for all you do for Rady's with the round up the total on purchases. It feels like they want you to use the personless check outs, I can’t stand that. Secondly, I ordered the nuggets and a burger, both came out hot but the burger was so salty I couldn’t finish it. Didn’t want a refund and the manager was great, but it’s rare that I can’t finish a meal.Fairly impersonal at this location, large sign that’s asking people to limit time to eating and leaving within 30 minutes. About the same as most McDonald's. Interior has been remodeled, so if you haven't been here for a couple years, it's all new inside (including self service checkout kiosks). Update December 30, 2022: little has changed.Update November 2023: kids slides & play area is permanently removed, will not be returning. Customer service is good from the 3 or 4 workers but there is little to no other workers ever. Can be a struggle to get help.
