Waited for delivery outside the main door of our hotel. Somehow the food ended up on the floor outside of our room. I requested a call when they arrived and never received one. I was missing a bag of chips and a soda. I tried to call the Subway where the food was ordered and the call wouldn’t go through. This was my first Subway/Doordash experience. No thank you!!!

I just bought two sandwiches from here for me and my partner, a 6in and a foot long. Opened the bag when I got home and there’s two 6in… and they were both made poorly. Tried calling but their phone number doesn’t even work. Waste of money won’t be eating here again.

Very disappointing experience. Placed an online order, when got there was told that the main ingredient “vegie pattie” was out of stock which was showing available online. The server degraded to veggie delight and won’t even refund. When asked about cancelling the order she just made rude remarks and served other guests first and told us to wait. Waited for like half an hour before leaving.

I got to meet Jamie today and he's a bundle of joy. My sandwich was a 10/10, my service was a 12/10. Id come back just to see him do his thing professionally, cause from the looks of it. It works for him and it works for me as long as there is mutual respect and he was a doll.

I went to the Hillcrest 4th Avenue subway and it was so horrible the bread was so stale I couldn't even rip it with my teeth to get out what is inside or more like what was not inside the sub. I was sadly surprised had how bad Subway food has gotten. I ordered the turkey sandwich and and there was hardly any meat on my sandwich the bread was stale and very pale and I know for a fact it was not baked in the morning it was that dry.
The worst part was that it was so small not even 6 inches and they charged me a total of $8.50 for crap!
The girl who helped me did not hardly speak any English, and she puts so little vegetables on it! I'll never go to subway again, my experience left a really bad taste in my mouth literally. Subway, you suck!

Saddest looking subs I have ever order from this location. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I was so disappointed I had too. I eat at this location semi-regularly because I work in the neighborhood. I ordered the same subs I usually get. This time they were mainly bread. I ended up with 2 12in bread rolls instead of the subs I'm used to getting. SUBWAY YOU CAN DO BETTER.

This place is losing money, I'm sure. If not, they are losing a ton of potential revenue, because they have no staff. If there is no one ahead of you on line, you will still wait for service. If one person is ahead of you?Forget about it.It's annoying that it happens every time and I will not return to that location, Subway.
