Worst customer service ever! I wonder how hard it is to roll a wrap so it DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A SANDWICH! You gotta love people who don't care about there job or putting forth the necessary effort to give a quality experience. Of course there's no soup and I wouldn't expect you guys to make any either. So lazy will never be back to this location. Then again what should I expect on El Cajon boulevard. Went to another subway and they gladly made me tomato basil soup after they said they were out. Can you believe that! They actually did there job and made some more.

Store will NOT honor valid coupon it's supposed too. The other subways in the area honored as they should. Cheapo owner trying to charge me a extra 45 cents for no reason than broke cheapo owner. Ok I'll just leave multiple bad reviews on all sites then explaining why this store doesn't wanna accept coupons it's supposed to be.

I love going there cuz I used to live in the area I remember it being really good and fast their employees are really nice I remember this one time this lady called me baby cuz I was like five I basically grew up in that food cuz I live a few blocks away and each time my aunt would babysit us she was take us there or like Wendy's I like the Burger King that used to be there but they replace to Sonic

I wish I could put 0 stars I didnt even get to go in!!! it clearly states on the door that it closes at 10pm and the employee decided to close the door on my face. I waited outside thinking she was the only employee and may have closed to take her break 15 minutes later I come back and nothing. Didnt even bother to put up a sign or anything!!! horrible experience what a waste of time they should stay true to their hours smh!

Amazing place I live right down the street from here and go in every once in a while. Went to get lunch had a good conversation with gentlemen in there he told me was about to make manager position and he definitely deserves it, he did an awesome job! Definitely recommend this location!
