Never look at such a small sandwich. And the service is ever a little rude
I love going to this place the people are so nice and the workers are so patient and respectful I would and will always recommend this place because of nice and wonderful the service is and the food is super delicious and fresh I love this place and the welcoming atmosphere they bring :)

Tiny amounts of produce! The girl looked like a bird pecking at feed, the way she grabbed a teeny tiny amount of lettuce. When I asked for extra lettuce she said there would be a charge. Nope! Is this a new Subway policy? Or is this franchise owner just a stingy old miser? For decades, Subway has always let the customer get as much produce as they wanted. The prices aren’t a good value anymore, so why bother. Jersey Mike’s has fresher, tastier meat and produce and the customer can ask more extra produce, no problem.

Today I visited this establishment and I got the worst service, I didn’t get my order complete and when I was trying to used 1 coupon the counter doesn’t want to help me with it, and then she even wants to give me extra peppers and didn’t explain me how to used the coupon or order extra sides, is the first time after almost 10 years visited this store that I have this bad experience. I won’t come back.

Yara was so sweet and very helpful, best customer service I think I have had coming here. When I came in she was making sure the store was clean and orderly and still took the time to welcome and help me. She also made one delicious and beautiful sandwich! Thank you Yara!

These stupid kiosks suck back everything up and are just so annoying also I tried to buy a water bottle and the guy told me I needed to place an order on the kiosk what kind of clown show are they running here?

Got a hot shot salad and either they didn't train the workers to chop up the salads cuz all I got was my protein meats as if on a sandwich huge pieces. Nothing in this salad talks chopped to me.

The whole point of coming into subway is to order your sandwich fresh from the counter so you can decide which ingredients you want and look most fresh. Employees are forcing you to the kiosk so you can’t watch them make your sandwich. You can’t force your customers to order from the kiosk. A lot of people want to see their sandwich made and have personal interaction rather than being forced to use a computer and get a skimpy sandwich. I’ve never experienced this at any other subway and won’t be coming back to this location. If I could give you guys 0 stars I would.

I ordered coffee online using mobile app. When I came, they said they do not make coffee. I asked for refund, but they didn’t do it. They stole my money. It’s a couple of dollars, but it is the fact.

Online order; very skimpy on ingredients when you can’t monitor or be there in person to make your order. Rushed products. Didn’t cut sandwiches. Had TWO ppl making this mobile order and it still wasn’t as good as other locations. Cookies have been over done. Wasn’t even toasted in accordance to online Instructions. Had the list in front of their face, had someone else making in person orders…. I just do not understand. Asked for extra lettuce in the online order and I could literally count the shredded lettuce on my fingers!
