Unfortunately, this seems to be "family" run so there's a lack of customer service and speed if you know what I mean. Came into an empty Subway thinking we'd be out quickly, negative. Waited for about 20 mins before anyone acknowledged us. It took all 3 of them to help one person ahead of us and then one lady disappeared into the back, one took her lunch and the older man was making online orders. No "hello", no "we'll be with you shortly" nothing. I was about to storm off when we were finally helped. I bit my tongue and avoided being rude to the man, he reminded me of my dad. Keep that in mind guys, picture one of your parents having to still work so late in life and that job being fast food. Yes, I was fuming but being a jerk doesn't get you anywhere. Now I know to either place an order online or go somewhere else.

Great customer service. The staff is friendly and efficient. Eduardo was great, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant is clean and provides a pleasant environment. The food is great quality. We had a wonderful experience here at this location.
Every food item came incorrect, a blt came with one singular piece of bacon smushed into a piece of bread. My ham and turkey sandwich came cold with literally just meat.

Horrible food no new veggies they ran out of fresh produce I ask for new lettuce and after I ask to have replacements they said the ran out funny stereotype need to talk with corporate

I immediately got sick after eating my tuna sandwich. Maybe the tuna was old or bad been left out too long. I'm sure it doesn't take much to trim associates when to get rid of old food instead of using it just so the company can save money and not use too much of their inventory.

I have a fraudulent transaction at this location and i never been here i have called to get to the bottom of this and their number listed on the website is no good i live in the los Angeles country and not willing to go to san Diego to be able to talk to someone i will waste more in gas wish they fix their phone.
