I observed both employees handle money and ring up customer and didn’t even wash their hands before going back to the line to put in clean gloves. They just skipped the hand wash and grabbed another set of gloves and continued making subs.

I will never come here again, I had started eating back here after awhile and ordered take out on the app , I forgot to change my number and anyways before that I put my order in and paid next it tells me what time it will be ready , then the time comes and it says it ready I go to the store to pick up and it’s not ready at all , she told me she tried to call the old number I had on file and was like nobody answered and assumed it was a scam who put the order in so my order was not ready at all so then I had to wait even more for my food to be made , I finally get my food then she says it’s a small drink but I said I got a deal for a dollar any size drink so she checks the receipt and then finally says yeah okay it is a large drink , I then get my drink and the atmosphere or by the drink station is dirty ! I get to my car and start to eat some of it , and also got cookies and then I find hair in the cookies and they tasted so old and hard !!!!! Very unprofessional, dirty , they did not care I will NEVER eat here again .

I was in there for 10 minutes waiting for service an employee got upset cause i decided I wanted another sandwich when I was done making the first one. I asked for extra spinach he put literally 5 pieces of spinach on there so I asked for more. He did it reluctantly and asked if I was going to put anything else on the sandwich. I said yes and proceeded to say I asked for extra spinach all in all I got a small sub no veggies just meat cheese and HAIR. Yea I'm writing a review because after all of that I came home and there's hair in my food. I didn't like this experience at all.

hey guys just on here to complain its 11:45 pm and i showed up to subway walked in and the guys at teh cashier say we closed only doing online orders but you cant order online after 11:45

Today I was upset by the bad service I just received in 12/10/23. It makes no sense but I was waiting in line and the lady at the counter said "I'll take the next to people behind you first." I couldn't understand why. I had was waiting in line and was next to be served. I was clearly a paying customer and was next in line. I walked out feeling frustrated. Perhaps there needs to be more training or management needs to have a discussion with their staff about what is considered good customer service and what is not. I have always been a good customer to them. I don't understand.

visit. Terrible got a veggie delight had to pay extra to get shreddedcheeseto cover the bread employee had an attitude. Over charged me more than I have ever paid and rude attitude! Go down the street instead I know I will.

I hate to make reviews but as someone who is pregnant and very upset about my experience here I need to let someone above know. The costumer service is terrible here. My husband went to pick up my order and accidentally dropped both sodas on floor, the employees gave him a hard time saying he did it on purpose. Imagine being in his shoes, he was completely embarrassed and got anxiety, so he got the bottle sodas. They made a big deal and on the phone when I called later she told me he was being rude when that was not the case. But that wasn’t the issue, My pickup order was made incorrect had to drive 20 minutes back to not even get my full refund but for one sandwich. I feel it was a huge waste of my time especially pregnant and not being able to eat what I want. My experience here could have went well if not for the manager girl and sandwich artist lady. I was hung up on and that is the only reason I came back for my refund. It made my day horrible and I hope you train your employees to be more mature when handling upset customers. It is inappropriate to grab merch, slam it around, laugh in their face, and gossip about them right in front of them with other employees. I hope this establishment gets the refresher they need, it doesn’t take much to provide great customer service and let the customer walk out with a smile. GET IT TOGETHER. Also what manager goes to the back (on the phone with GM) with full register wide open and other employee making sandwiches. That’s a big NO NO. I am happy to say your employees have ruined my experience with subway and I know you don’t care but I will not be coming back.

I love this subway so much! Not only is it very close to my apartment and it's at a great shopping hub but the food is great and so are the employers. I've always had a great experience here! I highly recommend this restaurant at this location! Great customer service as well!

Honestly the service is disgusting and very unprofessional. The girl with RED HAIR was being rude with an attitude for no reason. I should've known better, lots of low star reviews for a reason.

So I'm relatively confused about my visit to this location today. Usually when I order through any fast food location's app, I just place the order, payment is made electronically, I come in, maybe show them the order on my app, everything is good to go.This time, however, I walk in and am told that they tried to call my fiancee (we share app accounts when 1 of us is more likely to go to a location than the other) to confirm the order and she didn't pick up so they didn't start making the sandwiches yet. I'm a bit annoyed, but inform them that she's working and so she can't really pick up the phone, but I have the order on my phone. They inform me that they can't begin to make the sandwiches until they get confirmation and would like for me to contact my fiancee and have her send me a picture of her ID and show it to them. Already pretty strange, but I send a text to her, but she doesn't exactly have a job where she can just text me at any time, so I just sit there and wait while checking my bank account and the app and confirm that the charge had indeed been made to my credit card.Several minutes later, they check on me and ask if I've been sent the photo yet, but I just tell them that she unfortunately hasn't had the chance yet, but that I did have the order on my phone and I can hop on my bank account and show them the card under my name with the correct information as used in the transaction. There's a bit back and forth and the manager comes and confirms some information about the payment information such as what type of card it was, etc... then says she'll still need to confirm with the boss as to how to proceed. In the end, I did get my sandwiches about 15 minutes after I arrived and they did offer me some free cookies, which i rejected because I wasn't in a sweets mood. The Staff weren't particularly rude and I'm sure they were just doing their jobs, but I'm honestly just confused as to why it took so long after I arrived for the sandwiches to start getting made considering that my card was already charged when I placed the order?

El peor servicio ! Segunda vez que ordeno en línea y dejo mensaje que lo recogerá mi esposo , llega y no tienen la orden lista que porque me llamaron y no conteste , jamás recibí llamadas de ellos , y hablo para ver qué pasó con mi orden y dicen que si se la van hacer y lo tuvieron esperando por más de 20 minutos ! Tienen muy mala actitud ! Si me mandan a decir que la orden está lista porque llega y no la tienen !!

The Asian lady working today is extremely rude, either having a bad day or attitude is really negative..at first I felt bad for the lady infront of me, than I was next and I got to experience the worse customer service ever from someone making a sandwich..
